Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases of The Age of Play. Refund requests are administered under Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

In summary: refunds are considered by Lemon Squeezy case by case, at its discretion, and may be refused. Evidence of fraud, refund abuse or manipulative behaviour can result in refusal.

Digital delivery

The toolkit is digital content intended for immediate delivery. Beginning a download or otherwise acquiring the digital content may affect any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply.

Technical delivery problems

If a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery, Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms provide that the remedy may be replacement or a refund, as determined by Lemon Squeezy.
